Chez-Georges is a very well appointed 19th century 2-bedroom 2-story stone house (redone in 2005) prepared with the finest local antiques and attention to architectural detail and comfort.
It is an oasis of tranquility close to the legendary Cathare castles that highlight the area, close to some of the finest wineries in Southern France, offering antiquities, meandering walks, hiking and cycling for all - a well-situated home base, close enough to all the things you'll want to see, but far enough removed so you can enjoy the relaxing country life that France presents.
The house is a converted stone barn (1999) with 150 square meters on two floors – downstairs with the kitchen, eating, and sitting area that leads out to a garden and patio. A twin-bedded bedroom and bathroom with walk-in shower complete the ground floor. The large private and fenced garden off the main floor invites balmy summertime BBQ's, whilst playing croquet!
